Originally from Australia, Kaitlyn has worked in mental health systems across South Australia, Queensland and Colorado (USA). As an expat, she recognises the importance of community, connection and communication in living a meaningful life. These 3 C’s are at the heart of her work.

Through an integrative approach, Kaitlyn helps individuals re-connect to themselves and others. She views creative and mindful outlets as powerful tools to explore the psyche and to re-connect with unfamiliar, complex and strong parts of ourselves. By drawing on Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Kaitlyn guides clients to access their inner parts to ultimately build psychological flexibility and inner harmony.

Kaitlyn specialises in working with teens and young adults to navigate life transitions, interpersonal struggles, and manage anxieties and panic. She works from an existential framework to help individuals connect with their inner resources and strengths. She supports clients by helping them identify triggers, explore reactions and responses, and process the underlying point of pain and suffering.

Kaitlyn’s experience also lies in supporting parent-child relationships and guiding adults towards healthy co-parenting. She leans into her training in Circle of Security and Parent Child Interaction Therapy to help families build secure attachments and reconnect to play, joy and admiration in their relationship. Children bring out both our most favourite and our least favourite parts of ourselves. Parenting can be a confronting role. Kaitlyn supports parents to show up for their children by gently exploring what parenting may be bringing up for them.

Kaitlyn offers a sliding fee scale and virtual appointments to global clients. If this sounds helpful to you, then please schedule a free 15-minute consultation call below. I hope to connect with you soon.
